Caroline x Sarah Hudson7 January 2025 We never expected our son to sleep through the night as he was always a cuddle monster / proper koala bear baby wanting to cosleep and breast feed round the clock but after months of sleep deprivation we decided something needed to change and I can honestly say booking the full sleep plan package with Chloe was the best money we have ever spent!!!! From upto 8 wakeups a night, early mornings, consistent false starts and a totally sporadic routine, our baby now sleeps solidly for 11 hours a night and goes down with no tears both at bedtime and for naps. It’s totally transformed our quality of life and we are so so grateful for all Chloe’s help! Above all what was important was not abandoning our baby to cry alone in his cot which is what a lot of traditional sleep trainers seem to adopt. We went from sometimes over 10 wakeups a night to just 1 now with the occasional sleeping through. We’ve made changes really slowly at his pace, and used the habit stacking to recently night wean from breastfeeding with almost no tears at all! Elizabeth Walker26 November 2024 I found chloes instagram page when my daughter was about 6 months old. I was in the depths of PNA especially around sleep. The generic charts and wake windows you find online were NOT working for my daughter at all. My daughters sleep wasn’t great at all, although she’s not the worst either. Through Chloe’s page, her weekly Q&As and her guides, I’ve learnt babies do not sleep 7-7 and have 5 hours or day time sleep too 😂 I also learnt my daughter is lower sleep needs and very much a fomo child. Hence my struggles with naps and getting her to go to sleep. Chloe will also answer my DMs and at the moment they’ve been a weekly occurrence. She is amazing and very much my emotional support blanket when it comes to my daughters sleep. I purchased her baby and then toddler guide, and I regularly use her weekly Q&As if I needed to she’d be 100% the only person I would go to for a full on consultation if needed, I did contemplate it but I was lucky enough to work through my issues with her guides. Rebecca Wyniger13 November 2024 My 10 month old has never been a ‘good’ sleeper but things had got to a point where we consistently had 6 wake ups a night (despite co-sleeping!) and it was unsustainable. Chloe was so helpful and easy to talk to - most importantly making me feel more relaxed about his sleep - something I’ve had so much Mum guilt about! Importantly she’s also honest and realistic. 2 weeks since the consultation and tweaks to his routine, we’ve managed to get him sleeping in his cot consistently, considerably less wake ups and longer stretches of sleep for him (and me!). We are gradually working on changing our settling method for him as well. Whilst he’s not sleeping through the night that was never my expectation and these changes have already been really helpful.
