Chloe was absolutely fantastic and helped us so much as a family with my daughters sleep. She was kind, compassionate and listened to how we felt throughout. I decided to work with her after working with another sleep coach and a failed attempt at sleep training (which I regretted pretty much from the get go!). Chloe’s approach proved to be very effective and most importantly, so much more aligned to my parenting values. It is flexible, and allows you to make changes to sleep while ALWAYS being able to respond to your child’s needs in a way that meets them where they are. No fixed, rigid schedules and no leaving your child to cry at any time. Chloe is also very reassuring and doesn’t pressure you into any changes you are not comfortable making. We saw some really positive changes to our boy’s sleep within a few days, and we managed to achieve it with minimal fussing and no stress on my end. I am so much more relaxed and confident around his sleep now and no longer panicking that responding to him in a way that I know he needs will somehow undermine his sleep and doom us forever. Agata13 September 2025 I am so grateful to Chloe for establishing a routine for my one year old and finally helping us both get a much needed rest. I reached out to Chloe after one awful night of my baby waking maybe 6-8 times to feed back to sleep. I was exhausted as this was happening every night. We discussed how quitting nighttime nursing would look like and she was very realistic on the scenarios and honestly they helped. Then my baby would have some great nights and some again not so great with waking up multiple times. I was lost and couldn’t understand what made him sleep through the night the one day and then wake up 3-4 times the other. Chloe examined his sleep routine, suggested some changes and established a new schedule for him. I follow it religiously and it has made a great difference and finally brought some much needed sleep in our home. What I loved about Chloe is that she is an understanding person who is always game to move at the pace that works for each specific family. Her methods don’t rush you, she asks what works for you and your family at the moment and how can we adapt the plan to make sure you are comfortable with it. She is objective and realistic and will tell you this is the plan if you want to see results rather soon and this is the plan if you want to take things gradually. Rebecca Sharpe17 August 2025 My husband and I worked with Sarah when our son was about 11 months old, and we had a really positive experience. I had been following Doze on social media and liked their approach, so I did a consultation with Sarah and then decided to purchase the Sleep Plan package. I wouldn't say our son's sleep was terrible when we started with Sarah, but we were definitely feeling uncertain about how to approach and minimize night wakings. Sarah was very strengths-based, knowledgeable, and personable. I never felt judged or pushed to do something I didn't want to do. She offered reasonable options and was always willing to adapt or shift things based on our questions or feedback. I will say that we did not see the super dramatic shift immediately that some others speak of, and I struggled a bit with keeping the sleep logs and not being sure if things were improving or not, but with Sarah's help, we were able to adjust our expectations and gain some clarity about our baby's sleep. He now sleeps through the night more consistently, I feel more validated and confident in our approach, and we have information for how to make adjustments going forward at our own pace. Lynn Panepinto15 August 2025 Long story short: It’s no exaggeration to say Chloe changed our lives and within a couple of weeks we’ve achieved our goal of 8pm-6.30am uninterrupted sleep every night. The full story: I found her on Instagram by accident when our baby was about 6 months old and I gained so much knowledge just from her Instagram posts. It really helped us learn all the things no one teaches you about baby sleep. As our baby got older, we bought Chloe’s sleep guide to try and improve how much sleep we were all getting, and we got him sleeping through the night several nights a week by ourselves. Then we had a stint of teething/illness/teething/illness that disrupted everything and I panic bought the full package at 3am one morning when I couldn’t take the interrupted sleep any more (or the dread of going to sleep not knowing when we’d be woken up). Within a couple of days he was sleeping 8pm-5am and with some small tweaks from Chloe, a few weeks later we get undisturbed sleep 8pm-6.30am like clockwork. The difference in how life feels after consistent good sleep is impossible to overstate. Aside from the results which obviously are the main goal, Chloe is also lovely to work with. At no point did we feel in any way judged, she asked what parts of our routine we didn’t want to change (I would have changed literally anything she told me to at this point but it was lovely to be asked!), and she was so supportive, kind and funny throughout. She’s also helped us educate our nursery who aren’t so keen on established sleep schedules, which is way over and above what she needed to do- but we hugely appreciated it. My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner, but I will now bore all parents I meet senseless raving about her for eternity. Don’t wait like we did- get yourself signed up and get some sleep!
