Description

I will ask you to complete a sleep questionnaire and 5-day sleep log. I will use this to do an in-depth, thorough analysis of your child’s sleep issues to explore what might be happening.

Within 5 days of submitting your questionnaire & sleep log, you will receive an email with my recommendations for your little one’s sleep.

The Email Consultation doesn’t come with any follow-up support.

Please note: this is not suitable for more complex cases as it doesn’t include a call.
